Stratomizer Advantages
Freeze Protection - Full Steam Pressure or Hot Water Flowrate to the coil at all times eliminates the possibility of freezing.
Constant AirVolume- The dampers divert air through the heating cores or bypass areas that are equally matched in free air volume.
Minimized Air Stratification-Since the air passes through the heating cores and bypasses in relatively thin layers, it will completely mix in a short distance (approximately 36") downstream of the coil.
Accurate Temperature Control- Directing air through either heating cores at a constant temperature or bypass areas quickly responds to an air stream thermostat insuring an accurate leaving air temperature.
Minimizes Temperature Overide- The leaving air blades completely close off the heating cores on the dischare side of the coil when no temperature rise is required eliminating the possibility of unwanted heat being picked up.
